Layered Cereal

What do you eat for breakfast?
I make a tub of cereal each week by layering anything I have in my cupboards and then mixing it all up. Each week is slightly different depending on what is to hand but generally there are porridge oats, sunflower seeds, pepitas, bran sticks, wheat flakes and some nuts.
As part of my eating-less-moving-more I am open to any ideas of what works for others. It's easy to get bored so new ideas can help keep things interesting!

  1. I eat 1 (one) home made cookie and if I am really starving I have a pice of fruit mid morning.
In the last days I started making yougurt again, it is so nice and refreshing so I have a few spoons of yougurt as well.

  2. That's a clever way of making breakfast interesting. I'm one of these people who will eat the same breakfast over and over till I get sick of it and then starting trying something new. If I had to choose a favourite breakfast it would have to be toasted muesli and yoghurt and sometimes with a little fruit on top:)
