Driveway

At last!

3 months after getting the keys to our new house we finally have a driveway!

Gareth was fascinated by the big concrete truck reversing up from the road. He found a great spot on the chest freezer in the garage where he could sit and keep an eye on the men as they worked.

We have to wait one week for it to harden enough for the car to be able to drive up it. I can't wait for the luxury of being able to park close to the front door.




I will glad to stop being the neighbours source of amusement as I scrabble up and down the steep grass bank to the kerb laden down with grocery bags!

Although looking at the steep angle of it I may carry on entertaining them with my attempts to master reversing up it!
