Ash Wednesday

Do you follow the traditions of Lent? 
If so what do you do differently over the next 40 days?
Give something up?
 Or add something new in?

    My idea for this Lent was to be more patient with the kids. By 7:30 this morning, I'd already failed at it. Oh well, I'll just keep trying!
